These are the places where job openings get posted and candidates go looking for work: platforms that let an employer list a role, search a database of resumes or profiles, and collect applications, while job seekers browse, filter and apply. Some layer in matching algorithms or resume database search so you can go find candidates rather than wait for them. A smaller group focuses on what happens after hire, surfacing frontline feedback and turnover risk rather than just filling the seat. What to compare: the volume and quality of applicants a channel actually delivers for your industry and seniority level, whether pricing is per post, per click or per hire, how well it integrates with your applicant tracking system, and whether you need broad reach or a niche audience that a generalist board simply doesn't have.
