Once it's set up, a signed document flows straight back into your CRM, HR system or contract repository instead of sitting in someone's inbox as a scanned attachment.

People end up looking for this when paper, or PDF-pretending-to-be-paper, is slowing down something that should be quick. A sales deal is agreed but stuck because the customer has to print, sign, scan and email a contract back. HR is onboarding someone and waiting days for a signed offer letter. Identity verification ranges from a click-to-sign link, to SMS codes, to ID document checks or video verification, and the right level depends on what you're asking people to sign. Integration depth differs too — some plug tightly into your CRM or contract lifecycle management system so signed documents update records automatically, others are standalone tools you bolt on. Pricing models split between per-document, per-user and unlimited-volume plans, which changes the economics depending on whether you send five contracts a month or five thousand. When comparing providers, weigh up the jurisdictions you operate in, the volume and complexity of your signing workflows, and whether you need pure signature capture or a fuller contract management layer around it.
