Lead mining tools automate outbound prospecting and list-building, which raises questions about data sourcing and compliance with platforms like LinkedIn. Loyalty and advocacy platforms split along B2C points-and-rewards versus B2B referral-and-advocacy lines, and differ in redemption logistics, program flexibility and reporting depth. When comparing providers, weigh identification accuracy against privacy risk, depth of native integration against flexibility, and whether pricing scales with contacts, visitors or active customers in a way that matches how you'll actually use it.
