Geneo was set up in 2007 to pursue software solutions for operational excellence. Since then, our team has steadily grown to become a dynamic and vibrant team of lean and operational excellence experts and enthusiasts, with experience in a wide range of sectors.
We’re truly passionate about all aspects of operational excellence and lean working, including lean manufacturing, lean management and lean production. Lean applies to any process in any business; we know only too well how beneficial IT can be and what a difference IT can make to anyone, anywhere.
We’ve taken this passion and fed IT into developing an innovative new approach to lean that incorporates:
