These vendors build the systems that event teams use to get an event from an idea to something people actually attend. Some are built for high-volume ticketed conferences and festivals, others for corporate meetings, trade shows or internal events where the buyer cares more about branding and data capture than public ticket sales. Worth comparing on: how well it handles your event's actual format (large in-person, virtual-only, hybrid), how the pricing works (per attendee, per event, flat SaaS fee — this matters a lot at scale), how deep the sponsor and exhibitor tools go if that's a revenue line for you, and how easily it exports or integrates with the CRM and marketing stack you already run.
