Yarno is a team-based microlearning platform that leverages gamification and friendly competition to achieve industry leading completion rates. Our platform uses cognitive science to help embed and refresh information, and improve your team's performance by changing their behaviour. We won an ilp learner impact APAC award for 'l&d provider of the year' in 2025, and two aitd awards in October 2024 for best use of technology for learning and best use of gamification for learning.
And how do we do that?
Via our mobile-based learning platform for the modern worker - because people don’t have the time for days-long seminars, OR to click through boring desktop elearning modules and powerpoint decks. The modern worker only has 24 minutes a week for learning (bersin, 2015). So they want learning that fits into their schedule as a simple, enjoyable, and valuable part of their day - and we do this in the form of a 3-minute daily quiz.
But yarno isn’t just software - our content team can also help create the microlearning content (including video) to get maximum cut-through and engagement for your learning campaign.
