Vpply began with the vision to disrupt the recruitment industry by moving away from the standard job application and recruitment process. Rather than scanning through cvs and cover letters, hiring managers can screen potential candidates through succinct video applications. Our aim is to make the process more engaging, interactive, and personalised for both the company and the applicant.
To date vpply has posted over 250,000 jobs posted and interacted with 120,000 jobseekers.
We integrate inclusiveness and diversity on all fronts - from the vpply team to the innovation in our tech. Vpply features multiple tools to ensure jobseekers with various capabilities receive accessibility options, such as single touch navigation, text size enhancement, and speech-to-text to help with the application process.
