As an associate clinical mental health counselor (acmhc) and nationally certified fitness & nutrition coach with 60 years of experience, I’ve built my career on the belief that true wellness goes beyond physical health. It’s about creating balance, resilience, and empowerment across all areas of life.
In my counseling practice, I specialize in trauma-informed care, play therapy, emdr, internal family systems, and gottman couples therapy. I work with children, families, and adults to navigate grief, anxiety, betrayal trauma, and complex relational dynamics. My approach is deeply rooted in presence, compassion, and helping clients uncover core patterns that shape their lives.
