Our solution solves both sides of the equation: IT enables recruiters to improve talent acquisition process by reaching pre-segmented candidates, and IT helps leaders of professional networks monetize while providing value to their members.
Using our platform, community leaders build a community career site in just two minutes and monetize recruiting and service activities in two ways: by getting paid by recruiters or companies who want to get access to the community members, and by charging membership subscription to the community.
We’ve actually created a new recruitment channel based on our network of professional networks.
