Operating primarily out of Boston, Massachusetts, altr partnered with organizations across healthcare, consumer, and emerging technology sectors, including erewhon, converse, humana, embecta, becton dickinson, mefa, asa, eo care, iora care, jitterbit, nurture genomics, and sea machines robotics.
Altr was known for delivering high-craft, end-to-end product ecosystems that combined consumer-grade experience design with the rigor required in complex environments. The firm earned a reputation for strong client partnership, measurable business impact, and execution excellence.
