These are the people you hire to get an app found, installed, and actually used. Day to day that means running paid user acquisition on Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta and TikTok; rewriting and testing App Store and Play Store listings (keywords, screenshots, icons, video previews) so more of the people who land on the page convert; and setting up the push notifications, in-app messages or SMS flows that bring installed users back. When it works, cost per install comes down, store conversion rate goes up, and you get a clearer read on which campaigns actually produce paying or retained users rather than just clicks.

People end up looking for this when an app is built and live but growth has stalled or gone expensive.
