When comparing them, look at whether the tool is meant to be the system of record or just a pipe between two others, how deep its native integrations run into your CRM and ad accounts, whether reporting is real-time or batched overnight, and how pricing scales — by seat, by contact volume, or by data volume — since that decides whether it stays affordable as the team or the account list grows.
