Also known as the candes, the program was founded in 2011 and is now part of survale. The cande benchmark research program delivers annual recruiting and hiring industry benchmark research that highlights accountability, fairness and the business impact of candidate experience. Each year, participating companies send surveys to hundreds of thousands employment candidates (both successful and not) to assess their experience during the recruiting process. This rigorous, scientifically-supported data capture enables companies to see how they’re doing, internally and relative to the rest of the industry.
