Rosters
Our fast, simple rostering system lets users create multiple rosters to accommodate different locations or departments within your business. Our rosters can be printed, but staff can also access their rosters easily by logging into the employee console or via sms.
Timesheets & time tracking
Microkeeper has a range of ways for staff to accurately clock their hours using fingerprint scanners, mobile gps or online. Employee logons convert instantly into real-time payroll data and timesheets. The roster and timesheets are automatically compared and any discrepancies highlighted before payroll is processed.
Payroll
Your payroll can be processed in the time IT takes to read this sentence! Microkeeper’s secure payroll calculator automatically converts timesheet data into payslips, taking into account your pre-set overtime, breaks, super, deductions and special rates. Employees can access their payslips through the secure employee console.
