When you agree a booking with a client, eventemo allows you to invoice the lead booker. The lead booker uses eventemo to request money from each paying member of their group. Each person settles their share through an online payment.
Share information easily
The lead booker and their group each have access to an event homepage. Here you and the group can share itineraries and other useful information. Everyone also has access to the chat forum to discuss details right up to the day.
Automatic reminders
Chasing for payment is never fun. Eventemo can handle this awkward discussion for you. Payment terms are set by you when you invoice a client. If the due date is approaching or lapses, the client receives polite payment reminders.
Eventemo is registered with the financial conduct authority as a small payment institution and as a money transmitter with hmrc.
