At employee experts, WE have built a cloud based global SaaS product - employee service platform - focused on automating all of employee related operations. We have taken a different approach and built all processes with employee, the actual end user in the centre. The functionality scope covers employee operations, unified talent management, employee service, employee engagement, collaboration and analytics.
This is our idea of future workplace: using technology to provide friction-less experience for employees to get all their work done on a singular platform.
This is very different from the traditional erps that are departmental/functional focused and they break down each business processes into fragments. And by being departmental focused they do not support cross-functional collaboration, which is essential for the current and future workforce.
We cater to the changing workforce who are digital natives and can be much more productive if work related transactions are delivered through an app-like, customer focused experience rather than traditional process flows across multiple legacy systems.
We are now supporting ~160,000 employees from 125 countries with a couple of global fortune 500 customers, large indian companies and a number of SME companies.
