Docsavy is a cloud based document management system that helps make sense of the documents IT stores. IT groups documents and folders into logs to create reports just like the spreadsheets that you currently use to manage your business. One customer uses these logs to manage their sales pipeline, work in progress, change order logs, requests for information, tools, and periodic service work.
Being cloud based means that all maintenance and backups are handled by docsavy. IT also means that you and anyone you want can access your data from anywhere. The system is built in a friendly and intuitive way that makes IT easy to find a document or create a log, quickly. Docsavy has even built a special page-on-demand delivery system so that a one thousand page document will show as quickly as a one page document.
Another important feature of docsavy is that financial documents are grouped to show current accounts payable, account receivable and twenty-two other useful figures, based on the current status and value of the documents in the system. IT is not an accounting system but, IT will show you in real time the state of your documentation.
The system is totally customizable so that you can use your document names and processes. There is no limit on the number of users that you can have, and you only pay for the amount data storage you use. Docsavy has plans starting under fifty dollars a month and our largest customer has seven-years of data and only pays less than three hundred per month.
