Our data comes from a 25-minute questionnaire measuring hard-wired personality traits and cognitive learning speed. It is a blueprint of how an individual thinks, learns, and behaves. The data describes how an individual's specific capabilities show up in a job role, learning environment, and in most experiences in their life.
The celebrate cities program focuses on data solutions, research, and an action plan for cities. The power of blind data allows us to see patterns in the micro data blueprints of a county or city, to the macro data blueprints of a state or country. We focus on the talent pool vs. Available jobs vs. Resources and training availability. Tracking the career journeys of students, job seekers, and veterans allow us to see missing links using data.
The celebrate schools program will focus on under-funded and high-risk schools, but our tools are available to any school or university. We work to provide each student with the resources they need to find a sustainable c
