As Ohio’s largest private provider of career rehabilitation, WE provide flexible, personalized rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. Capabilities was started in 1997 and today a staff of over 200 employees works virtually and in twelve office locations to support people with disabilities on their journeys toward independence.
