These providers build and run the software that a conference, summit, product launch or internal all-hands actually happens inside of when it isn't in a single room. People end up here because an event that used to happen in a hotel ballroom now needs to happen partly or entirely online, and the tools they already have weren't built for it. Beyond that, compare them on whether they offer white-glove production support or expect you to self-serve, how deep the post-event analytics and CRM integrations go, and how pricing scales — per attendee, per event, or as an annual licence — since that decides whether the tool still makes sense once your event grows or your event calendar gets busier.
