These systems run the day-to-day machinery of a staffing or recruiting business: logging candidates and their skills, matching them against open job orders from client companies, moving people through interview and submission stages, and then handling what happens after a placement is made — timesheets, pay rates, bill rates, invoicing, and compliance paperwork.
