Worth comparing directly: whether they design and write content in-house or subcontract it, how reporting is structured and how honestly it separates vanity metrics from commercial results, whether pricing is a flat retainer or scales with ad spend, and whether their past work is in your industry or a generic portfolio. Location can matter too — a locally based team may understand your market and time zone better, while an offshore team can be considerably cheaper for the same volume of output.
