What separates them in practice is how they handle vetting and liability (are workers background-checked, insured, and classified as the platform's employees or as independent contractors you're contracting directly), how fast they can actually fill a request in your location and industry, what quality control exists on submitted work, and how pricing works — flat project fee, hourly rate, or commission on top of what the worker is paid. Worth comparing on fill rate for your specific type of role, not just the size of the worker pool they claim to have.
