These businesses get hired to make revenue software actually work in a company, not just sell it. Worth comparing directly: their certification level and tier with the platform vendor, whether they've handled a migration at your data volume before, what happens after go-live (a handoff document versus an ongoing support retainer), and whether they price the project fixed-scope or time and materials — the latter is common but makes cost overruns on messy legacy data a real risk worth asking about upfront.
